MODEL SCENE offers a wide range of different shipping methods. Listed when you process an order you will find transport agencies as well as transit time for delivery.

The exact costs appear on both your order in the shopping cart and on your invoice.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 2 weeks from the date of delivery to return the merchandise.

You simply have to return the products to us in perfect conditions and in the original packaging, including warranties, stickers, and instructions. Additionally, the products must be perfectly packaged. If products are damage in the return process due to an inadequate packaged, we will not be able to accept the returned merchandise.

In the event of exchange for a new product, you will not be responsible for shipping cost for the replacement.

Once we receive the parcel in our warehouse and we check all previous conditions, Model Scene will proceed to reimburse the cost of your merchandise or process the replacement of your product.

If payment was made with a PayPal, the amount will be refund to the same PayPal account. If payment was made with a wire transfer, we will ask for an account number to send it back.

In case of defective products or incorrect shipments, Model Scene will take care of all shipping cost.
