Description and use
These sidewalks with curbs, featuring a fan-pattern paving, are part of the modular Model Scene system of laser-cut cardboard roads and pavements. Thanks to precise laser engraving, they offer a realistic appearance for both historic and modern scenes and connect smoothly to our roads and junctions.

Contents
Each sheet contains 8 strips measuring 154 mm × 10 mm, giving a total of approximately 1232 mm of sidewalks.
The set also includes 12 corner pieces, allowing smooth connection to junctions and side roads without any trimming.

Material and processing
Made from high-quality cardboard with fine laser engraving that reproduces the individual paving stones. Easy to cut using a scalpel, hobby knife, or sharp scissors.

Surface finishing
Supplied unpainted. We recommend painting with acrylic modelling paints and applying dry pigments to enhance the relief of the paving. (The cardboard is not dyed through; the final colour is achieved by surface finishing.)

Compatibility
Fan-pattern sidewalks are fully compatible with all Model Scene roads and junctions.
Thanks to the unified strip width, they can also be freely combined with other paving types—such as cobblestones or row-pattern surfaces.
Sidewalks of different types may be mixed as well, making it easy to create realistic street layouts with natural transitions.

Pavement connection
The corner pieces match the curved geometry of all Model Scene junction types, ensuring accurate and smooth alignment.
The gallery includes an example of a T-junction assembled with continuous sidewalk connections.

Numbers shown in the image correspond to the last three digits of the catalogue numbers used. These last three digits are identical across all scales; they are always preceded by a two-digit scale code (48 = H0, 41 = TT, 46 = N).
Example: a straight section for N scale has the number 46900.

Tip: For best results, glue the sidewalks onto a flat base using water-free adhesives (e.g., contact adhesives such as Tesa Alleskleber, UHU, Mamut). Fixing them to a flat surface makes the work easier and ensures full-surface adhesion.
