Payment

Payment is requested before sending any products.

For payment in Euro we use bank account in Germany (Deutsche Bank), so bank trasnfer in Germany is fast and free of any international transfer fee. Payment details you will receive at your invoice.

We accept PayPal payments, but only from final consumers outside Germany and Czech Republic and only for orders over 100€.

Shipping

As we have most of products on permanent stock, we are able to send your order usualy till 5 working days after receiving payment. If any product is not available at the moment we will inform you about delivery date before payment request is sent.

For sending in Germany we use Hermes Packed Shop service (see Hermes pricelist).
For sending to other countries we use Czech post and their tarif
or Hermes (we choose the cheapest way).
Shipping costs will be added accordingly to the actual weight and size of the package.

The packaging cost is 1€. The merchandise is transported on the risk of the purchaser. We do everything to deliver the merchandise to you in perfect condition, however we cannot be held liable for damages occurred during transport.

Prices do not contain any local taxes that the purchaser might eventually have to pay when receiving the merchandise in the purchaser's country (this applies only to non-EU customers).
